Kenya federation of American football has set up a youth football camps this April 2016. The camp is geared upon creating national awareness of the new sport in Kenya. The head coach Dan Eck believes and the tow coaches from JKUAT sparrows and Umoja chiefs will help to facilitate the training of the youths.

The camps will be hosted at University of Nairobi grounds every Saturday

All youths from the age of 4-17 years old are invited to the University of Nairobi, rugby field as from 10 am- 1 pm


10.00 am-10.30 am – warm up drills

10.30 am-10.45 am- How to catch the football

10.45-11.00 am-How to throw

2 minutes water break

11.00-11.15 am-How to run the football

11.17 am-11.30 am-How to run routes

2 minutes water break Basic foot works skills

11.50-12.30 pm on 7 (competitive)

This will be first clinic to be conducted and more will be organized in May to help build a strong youth football league and team.
